  • Give time to your family.
  • Do Exercise at home daily.
  • Sleep well.
  • Drink warm water at least 8 glass in a day.
  • Guide your family about this virus.
  • Live Healthy / Eat Healthily (avoid overeating it’s not healthy for you and all) 
  • Wash your hands before eating or after.
  • Don’t touch your hand, face, nose or eyes.
  • Use tissue paper or napkins then destroy in the bin.
  • Don’t be scary behave sensibly.
  • We must have to understand that we have to save us, our family, other or outsiders.
  • Don’t shake your hand avoid touching hands/hug.
  • We have to understand if we do not care about ourselves, we all spoil/ destroy us or at big risk. Please cooperate with our Government.
  • Everyone facing this situation now the time to show Unity, Faith and discipline.
  • China gives examples all over the world we have to understand and care ourselves to help others don’t be selfish, stay happy.
  • Lockdown is effected for us this is a positive decision.
  • if you have to go outside for emergency cover yourself, use mask compulsory.
If your kids feel irritation at home don’t be sick or tensed give time to them:
  • Play games at home.
  • Jumping relief aggression (Do Jumping)
  • Make a timetable that you can easily manage your daily routine with a happy mood.
  • Learn about care, good, bad habits.
  • Give then Knowledge about religion.
  • Told them Unity, care. 
  • Don't disturb the child's school study. 
  • Do activities and give entertainment to your kids.
  • Complete their sleep.
  • Don't be afraid of the atmosphere Be Strong with confidence stay happy to face everything with sincerely and cooperate with yourself.
